Cathy Loesch
Founder and executive director
Cathy Loesch founded and has served as the Executive Director of Thrive Pathways since 2023. Her journey to this role follows a career transition from over 20 years in business, where she gained expertise in leadership and strategy, to a second career in mental health and social services. This unique blend of business acumen and clinical experience underpins her leadership. Academically, Cathy holds a B.S. in Business from SNHU and an M.S.W. from Boston University. A native of Dorchester, MA, her deep community roots inform her passion for Thrive Pathways' mission to serve local residents.
Milizen Gil
Programs and community relationship manager
Mili has been with Thrive Pathways since 2024. Mili is a single mother of two which has given her a deep understanding of the real challenges children and teenagers face today. This perspective drives her commitment to support young people with patience, empathy, and respect. As a Program & Community Relations Manager, her mission is to identify, navigate, and connect families with programs that truly fit each child’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She strives to build strong partnerships, advocate for meaningful resources, and ensure that every child has access to opportunities that help them grow, succeed, and feel supported in their journey.
Jenniffer Harrell
Programs manager
With over 20 years of business operations experience, Jenn brings a calm, steady, and highly effective approach to managing the flow of our thriving youth program. As a mother of five in a blended family, she leverages her personal experience—including supporting a busy household—to her professional work, contributing strong multitasking skills, empathy, and patience.
Outside the office, Jenn loves spending time with her family—especially cooking with her grandson, one of her favorite ways to unwind and connect.
